LOVE GOD, LOVE PEOPLE

At Riverbend, our Mission Statement is “Connect, Grow, Serve, Go”. Connect with God and people; Grow spiritually; Serve God and others; and Go share the love of Christ.

We’ve found here at Riverbend that there is a function of the Church that can help accomplish every part of this mission: “Outreach”. When you GO out and CONNECT with your neighbor to SERVE them in a time of need or crisis as Jesus instructs us (Matt. 5:42), you will GROW in your walk with Christ as you mirror His heart for the lost and the needy. Join Riverbend Church as we mobilize ourselves into our communities to share the love, peace, and blessing of Christ Jesus!

WEEKLY OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES

EL AMADO

El Amado is a small tight knit trailer park community where families and friends stick close together. The majority of the residents are Hispanic and primarily speak Spanish. However, what we have seen is that kindness and consistency in building relationships has spoken more than words can say.

We go every weekend to distribute food and some household goods.

To volunteer at El Amado you must be ages 13 and up. 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

When: Every Saturday from 3pm to 5pm

Have questions? Contact Pastor Krystle by email:outreach@riverbendchurch.church
